Through our fine dining restaurant, Shepards the Restaurant at Erlowest, we pay homage to our Founder, Mr. Edward Morse Shepard where guests can experience an unforgettable dining adventure and enjoy Erlowest’s locally sourced ingredients with views of the lake and surrounding Adirondack Mountains.

Cake Cutting & Corkage

 

Shepard’s Bar at Erlowest gives visitors a charming spot to unwind and relax in front of the fireplace with a glass of wine or cocktail.

Our Sommelier Natalie Barnes can discuss our carefully selected collection of wines from both established regions and up-and-coming vineyards. Whether you prefer a light, crisp white or a rich, full-bodied red, we have something for every palate.”  You can also bring your own wine to enjoy during your visit.  To ensure a great experience we charge a corkage fee of $35.00

Our Executive Chef Scott Dewar offers a wide variety of desserts, each crafted with the finest ingredients, for an indulgent yet delicate conclusion to your meal.  If you are celebrating a special occasion and would like to provide your own dessert, there is a $35.00 cake cutting fee.  Please mention this at the time of booking.
