The 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse rentals with two twin beds in the second bedroom follow a traditional townhouse design. Guests must go up a couple of steps (1-2 steps) to access the townhouse’s main and only entrance. The reserved parking spots for these units require guests to walk a short distance to the townhouse on gravel paths, some of which may involve walking down a gravel incline; however, staffed golf cart transportation is available upon request for those with mobility concerns. A complimentary barbecue grill is available and located across from the townhouse’s entryway in compliance with fire code regulations. There is also an outdoor garbage can located near the townhouse entrance as well.

Inside the townhouse, guests will find hardwood flooring (with carpet rugs and runners), one fireplace, a couple closets, a fully-equipped kitchen (tiled floors, countertops, cupboards, full refrigerator, stovetop oven, sink, dishwasher, glassware, cookware, silverware, and drinkware), one couch, a couple of arm chairs, dressers, end tables, a coffee table, and a garbage can.
