Slightly offset from our 2-bedroom villas, our 1-bedroom model offers a bit of seclusion along the waters of Lake George. This unit is styled like our other villas, but is ideal for single-travelers, couples. When you’re not exploring the local area, find yourself right at home with this villa’s quaint living room, small dining area, and kitchen. Don’t forget to check out the furnished deck, set right over the shoreline of Lake George—you can’t get much closer to the lake than this!

1-Bedroom Villa

The 1-bedroom villa is a rental accommodation type similar to a cabin. Guests enter the unit by crossing over a couple of steps, which brings them onto the wrap-around deck and the villa’s only entrance. While the reserved parking spot for this unit is nearby, it is a short distance away from the villa’s main entrance. The propane barbecue grill is offset from the entry stairs due to fire code regulations. An outside garbage can is also located near the unit steps.

Inside the villa, guests will find hardwood floors, a sofa sleeper (pulls out into a queen bed), a cable television set, a full kitchen including dishwasher, full refrigerator and stove, a small dining table with seating for four, a smoke detector (with visual and audio aids), a CO2 detector (with audio aid), and a garbage can.
